OCEAN REALM DRIVER TRAINING will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 at all times and will not pass the Student’s details to any third party without the Student’s consent (unless required to do so by law). The Student consents for their personal data to be: a) used by OCEAN REALM DRIVER TRAINING for administrative and record keeping purposes; and b) passed to OCEAN REALM DRIVER TRAINING insurers in the event of an actual or potential claim and to allow OCEAN REALM DRIVER TRAINING and/or Instructor to arrange motor vehicle cover. OCEAN REALM DRIVER TRAINING confirms that it has adequate measures in place to protect the Student’s personal data and that it will at all times adhere to its Privacy Policy as outlined on the OCEAN REALM DRIVER TRAINING website.
